Are you a seasoned sales professional with a knack for identifying potential leads and converting them into loyal customers? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our thriving sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ERP/Oracle lead generation/sales and a deep understanding of the sales process from start to finish. Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, your primary responsibilities will include

• Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Partnering with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
• Effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
• Identifying potential leads through various channels, including networking events, online research, and referrals.
• Nurturing leads and guiding them through the sales process.
• Collaborating with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
• Providing accurate forecasts and reports on sales activities and projected revenues.
• Staying abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
  
  

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role focusing on ERP/Oracle (must have), as an Account Executive or in a consulting environment.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Demonstrated experience in lead generation and converting leads into sales.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
• Proven ability to position products against competitors.
• Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• A self-starter attitude with an ability to excel in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
