What You'll Do:
As our Enterprise Account Executive, you'll play a vital role within our Enterprise Sales team, reporting directly to the Head of Sales. Your primary responsibility will be to champion our mission and establish relationships with talent acquisition teams at Fortune 1000 companies and other organizations with high-volume hiring needs. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, offering expertise in all aspects of talent acquisition for the everyday workforce.
Your duties will include:
Prospecting: Identifying and engaging potential enterprise clients, nurturing strong, long-term relationships.
Strategy Forecasting: Developing and implementing strategic initiatives aligned with company goals.
Pipeline Management: Overseeing the end-to-end sales pipeline, ensuring efficiency from lead generation to deal closure.
Systems Deal Development: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contract agreements with enterprise clients.
