Summary: The Account Executive, Client Relationship Management & Acquisition role involves managing and growing a high-value portfolio of enterprise accounts. This position requires strong relationship-building skills, enterprise solution-selling experience, and the ability to drive incremental growth and reduce account churn. The role involves working closely with Enterprise and/or Strategic Account Executives, setting and running customer sales appointments, and working cross-functionally to serve clients.

Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of company products and services.
- Develop and execute account strategies to maintain and grow business.
- Monitor and act on sales activity and metrics specific to the customer.
- Develop positive relationships with partners within accounts and identify business problems solvable with company solutions.
- Meet regularly with clients and partners to develop strategy, build relationships, and attend industry events.
- Stay connected to accounts and the market to identify new opportunities and engage viable partners.
- Manage account input and feedback for all projects with detailed outcomes and timelines.
- Coordinate and translate customer needs within internal departments to resolve customer problems.

- 4-7 years of enterprise-level account management and outside sales experience.
- Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills.

- Proven ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills with client leaders at all levels.
- Ability to manage account relationships, financial outcomes, and multiple sales programs.
Education:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Experience:
- 4-7 years of B2B Field Sales experience, preferably with Fortune 1K accounts.
- 2-4 years of experience in Telecom, Software, or Technology.
