About the Job
One of our early-stage AI portfolio companies is looking for their first AE to join and scale the business while working directly with the Founders.
Responsibilities
- drive all commercial activity across North America.
- Work with the Founders to go from 10 to 100 customers
- Work closely with product marketing and product teams to align marketing and sales
- Design an end-to-end Sales process and run it with a founder to make sure it works
- Lead by example by driving everything from lead qualification, pitching, negotiating, closing, and retaining
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers as the team gets built up
- Take ownership of customer account health
Qualifications
- Prior experience selling SaaS or AI would be an advantage
- Prior experience selling into commercial leaders would be an advantage
- Technology or Start-up experience
- Proactive and hustler mentality
- Ability to work in ambiguous and vague environments and drive activity independently
- Someone looking to build something from the ground up
