About the Role

Icon is seeking a driven and ambitious Account Executive to join our rapidly expanding team. Based in Denver, CO, you'll play a pivotal role in driving Icon's revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Success in this role hinges on your proactive approach and readiness to seize promising opportunities.

A Day in the Life

• Proactively generate new opportunities through various outbound tactics (such as cold calling, Zoom meetings, LinkedIn outreach, and email sequences).
• Passionately convey Icon's unique value proposition, forging impactful partnerships that drive sales.
• Nurture and manage a diverse pipeline of partner opportunities spanning various industries.
• Ensure the efficient and consistent utilization of our CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to stay updated on current market trends and cultivate relevant relationships.
• Align partnership objectives with organizational goals by working collaboratively with other internal Icon teams.

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B tech/SaaS sales, including co-selling with sales resources and lead funnel management.
• While not mandatory, experience in payroll/HCM sales is highly advantageous.
• A natural curiosity and interest in financial products.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with a keen willingness to embrace change.
• Proficiency in leveraging sales technology resources such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, and outreach sequencing.
• A desire to have fun, collaborate, nurture curiosity, and commit to continuous learning.
