**Position Summary**
We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our team, focusing primarily on the Commercial Real Estate vertical. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships through a consultative and targeted selling approach. From multi-family units to shopping centers and office spaces, you'll engage with owners, management company leaders, and industry association contacts to provide exceptional service and solutions tailored to their needs.
Reporting to the District Sales Manager, you'll collaborate closely with peers and various departments, including Solutions Engineering, Sales Operations, and Customer Service, to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
**Sales**
- Proactively seek new business opportunities through traditional and digital lead generation methods, industry events, and referrals.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop innovative proposals and deliver strategic sales presentations to clients.
- Ensure accurate tracking of client information and sales activity in our CRM system.
- Prioritize activities and territory management for optimal penetration and profitability.
- Build and leverage a strong network of industry contacts.
- Attend industry events and associations to expand knowledge and relationships.
**Special Projects**
- Manage special projects with enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
**Customer Excellence**
- Provide top-notch customer service, offering solutions and promptly addressing concerns.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and integrity in all dealings.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
- 4-6 years of experience in business development, preferably in commercial real estate or the security industry.
- Proven track record of exceptional sales performance.
- Completed formal sales training.
- High energy with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of organizations.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
- Superior English oral and written communication skills.
