About the Job
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive their success. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of client accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of client solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role (X+ years preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite
