We are looking for a:
Sales Representative
General Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Representative. This position will be responsible for developing new business opportunities by connecting top talent with leading companies. Leverage your sales skills, communication expertise, and collaborative spirit to achieve success.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Problem solving and adaptability to change
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Manage Client Relationships: Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities. Follow up on leads, collaborating with the team to develop sales strategies, and providing regular reports on sales activities and results.
- Business Development: Attending networking events and trade shows to seek new clients and build relationships with potential clients.
- Source and Qualify Top Talent: Use CRM software to manage leads and sales activities. Stay up to date on market trends and competitor offerings.
- Work in a Team Setting: Communicate and collaborate with other team members to keep everyone informed and secure the best placements for both candidates and clients.
