What is an Account Executive responsible for?
- Proactively research and identify new business opportunities by scouring online platforms, directories, and databases
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls and emails daily to connect with potential clients
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by generating and qualifying leads
- Develop and execute creative prospecting strategies to engage decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Drive full-cycle sales processes from prospecting through closing deals
- Present Top Echelon’s software solutions with confidence, tailoring the value proposition to the unique needs of each client
- Meet and exceed monthly activity metrics, including calls, emails, meetings, and closed deals
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies
What makes you Top Echelon’s next Account Executive?
- 1-3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in a high-volume outbound sales role
- Experience with SaaS platforms within the recruiting industry is highly preferred
- Strong cold-calling skills with a demonstrated ability to engage prospects and overcome objections
- A true hunter mentality: self-motivated, relentless, and results-driven
- Ability to work autonomously while staying highly organized and disciplined
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM tools for managing pipelines and tracking activity
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
