About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their team and play a critical role in driving growth. In this position, you'll manage the full sales cycle, from identifying potential clients to closing deals. Once a deal is secured, you'll ensure a seamless handover to their account management team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking company delivering innovative payment solutions to businesses.
What Youll Do
- Manage Sales: Oversee the entire sales process, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Present Solutions: Understand client needs and demonstrate how their tailored solutions can address them through engaging demos and presentations.
- Drive Revenue: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing leads and turning them into loyal clients.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with their business development and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handoff of leads and seamless onboarding of new clients post-sale.
- Track and Report: Monitor sales activities and pipeline progress and provide regular updates to leadership.
What We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in SaaS or payment sales
- Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the payments industry is a plus
- A self-motivated, results-driven approach with problem-solving skills
Compensation
- Annual base salary of $125,000 plus commission
- Commission structure to reward success and performance
