Specialized Recruiting Group is actively seeking an Account Executive with strong customer service skills for a dynamic manufacturing company based in Azusa. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a passion for building client relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing customer accounts, driving sales growth, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Salary: $31.00-$33.00 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Enter and manage customer orders, initiate Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes, and oversee order tracking.
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries on order status, serving as the primary point of contact for issue escalation and resolution both internally and externally.
- Manage pricing for both contractual and one-time transactions, working to improve profitability across accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, initiate RFQs for potential clients, and lead pricing strategies and negotiations to secure favorable terms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships within customer organizations, positively influencing their priorities and business decisions.
- Act as a customer advocate, collaborating internally to drive improvements in performance and practices that build trust and foster sales growth.
- Work closely with internal manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance teams, gaining a strong understanding of company processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry in roles such as Sales, Business Development, Program Management, or Business Management.
- Willingness to travel locally and out-of-state to visit customers as needed.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships, negotiate contracts, and create effective proposals.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of pricing strategies, along with manufacturing and quality control processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to understand and convey technical details effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
