Account Executive - Syntax Talent Solutions

Syntax Talent Solutions is working with a young, growing company that is looking to add on to their Business Development team and continue driving the year over year growth they've experienced. This Business Development professional will be tasked with marketing their services to Commercial Building Engineers, Data Centers, Government Buyers including municipalities around Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has invested their career developing a trade (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) within the commercial space and wants to transition into Business Development OR someone that has a proven track record of developing business in the mechanical services and installation space who is looking to make a transition from a large company, into a mid size firm with room to grow! Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships
• Track and record your pipeline throughout sales process
• Meet and exceed financial goals
• Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge

Qualifications

• Journeyman in the trades with an aspiration to transition to Business Development using your network OR someone with an established book of business looking to work with Fantastic leadership who will treat you with kindness and professionalism
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
