Account Coordinator-Premier Stair and Door, Carrollton - Flooring Services

As an Account Coordinator, you will work with a team to provide excellent customer service in a professional, efficient, and timely manner. As a company we continue to evolve so that we may effectively support not only our customers but our employee's as well.

OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS AS AN ACCOUNT COORDINATOR:

• Responds to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, requests for prices and quotations, complaints and scheduling of deliveries and installations, and providing customer follow-ups.
• Initiate telephone calls to customers to confirm and specify details on sales orders.
• Codes and inputs customer orders, pricing information and additional data into the computer system.
• Creates sales tickets for builders.
• Research credits, returns, and late payments as needed.
• Complies with Company’s attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned by location management.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED/College required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office, excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and drive to succeed.
