Job Description:
The Production Coordinator will support production in all matters of studio projects and operational daily needs. Supporting all disciplines of production including production management, workflow and delivery.
The Production Coordinator supports the Account Managers with client requests and the creative team with schedules, time management, communication and overall asset production needs.
The ideal candidate is well-versed in social media marketing and strategy, is interested in entertainment, has strong writing skills, and is comfortable in a fast-paced creative environment. Experience managing theatrical campaigns is a plus.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in entertainment/digital media field is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with hard deadlines
- Must be team-oriented, willing to wear different hats, ego-free and have a strong work ethic
- Must be extremely organized, proactive, with the ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects and keep the line managers updated with progress
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide organizational and production support to the Account Managers on campaigns and projects
- Support the production team to achieve overall goals and shift priorities as departmental needs change, particularly within Social and Digital campaigns
- Work closely with the Account Managers and Production team to manage assets and achieve daily goals
- Assist in management of day-to-day communication with internal team and our clients
- Maintain and update project management resources such as Trello, Box, Frame, Asset Trackers, etc.
- Support in fielding client requests and routing feedback to our internal team and setting clear action items with next steps
- Schedule management, calendar management, communication
- Maintain deliverables, track deadlines and asset inventory
- Help gather necessary materials for the creative team (e.g. download/upload assets to internal server, etc.)
- Monitor and route campaign asset purchases to Account Managers for final purchase approval
- Keep constant line of communication with the accounts team, letting them know when a task is done and spotting opportunities to jump in and help
- Attend to any copy needs: quote pulls, transcripts, script coverage, writing questions, etc. for assets
- Take detailed notes during meetings, highlighting key action items
- Assist with website production as needed (e.g. site QA, create page titles, meta descriptions, etc.)
- Track project status on a daily basis and send daily reminders to team to ensure deadlines are being met
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in project management
- Do a first pass on all the assets from creatives, paying close attention to small details
- Communicate with internal team members to make sure feedback from clients are being addressed and assets are being sent to clients externally
- Send/batch deliverables
- Help with brainstorming and proofreading
- Actively support monitoring conversation across social channels for a variety of projects
- Spot opportunities for the team to leverage on social channels, flagging important tweets, posts, comments, etc.
