Position Title: Account Coordinator

NBCUniversal is a leader in providing entertainment programming to the US and international marketplaces. The International Television division is responsible for the distribution of NBCU’s film and TV product to television and new media customers in all markets outside North America. Within International Television, the International New Media team has specific responsibility for growing new media distribution in these markets, including managing on-going customer relationships in order to maximise revenue.
The Account Management team is responsible for management of key transactional new media customers (covering PPV, VOD & EST) including:
- Multi-territory platform customers (e.g. Apple, Microsoft, Sony, Google, Amazon etc.)
- Key in-territory transactional partners (e.g. Sky, Foxtel, France Telecom etc.)
This is a key role within the team and will work closely with the UPHE brand team, Domestic Digital team, Sales Administration, Operations teams to ensure execution of the Account Management strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform product rights check to ensure rights are set in systems (SAFE, GTM)
- Perform title and pricing audits across key retailers (iTunes, Amazon etc.)
- Oversee planning & implementation of backfill projects across International
- Work closely with retailers on asset share process for acquired product
- Work closely with internal teams to execute product priorities
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize projects across multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving environment
- Team-player who can successfully operate in a team-oriented setting and can demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, communication, people and project management skills
- Self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple projects, and demonstrate good follow-through while adhering to deadlines
ESSENTIAL:
- Familiarity and interest in the business of entertainment and specifically, digital media and content distribution
- Proficiency Microsoft Suite – including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint; Knowledgeable in Office 365
