Enter new accounts in Applied Epic.
· Create Master Certificates of Insurance.
· Issue PDF version of COI via mail and email, at renewal/new account establishment/upon request by insured.
· Issue version of Auto ID cards at renewal/new account establishment/upon request of Insured.
· Review contract requirements and Provide COI’s and Id cards to requestor, within a timely manner.
· Pull policies from carrier websites and save to Sharepoint files.
· Retrieve Blanket Endorsements from policies and place in Sharepoint files.
· Request and/or retrieve Endorsements from various sources.
· Upload certificates to various websites.
· Retrieve Specific Endorsements from the carrier(s) and work with Account Executive on issuance.
· Attach form into our agency management system (Applied Epic).
· Faxes-Distribute incoming faxes accordingly.
· Occasional Reception relief - i.e., cover lunch
· Mail - Post mail, open incoming mail, date stamp and distribute to appropriate team.
· Monitor cancellations on carrier websites and incoming mail then distribute to appropriate team
REQUIRMENTS:
-Knowledge of Applied EPIC
-Experience of 3 or more years supporting insurance sales team required
