About the Job
We are currently seeking a motivated, enthusiastic Account Coordinator to join our entertainment marketing and promotions team in our Los Angeles (Playa Vista) office. Our entertainment marketing and promotions team connects brands with pop culture through product placement, brand integration, branded content, music, gaming, film and TV.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all account reporting – high volume!
- Create presentations and landscapes in support of placement/integration efforts
- Heavy Administrative tasks including but not limited to:
- Considerable data entry into proprietary company database and multiple excel grids
- Provide ongoing updates to TV/Digital and Film target lists (synopsis, cast, production start/wrap dates, product provided)
- Abundant Results Reporting;
- Compile weekly placement results from team’s scanning efforts (Samsung results) in comprehensive excel grid
- Compile weekly competitive results from team’s scanning efforts and track competitive activity in the marketplace (online research, articles, etc.) in Excel
- Compile weekly outreach from team (set visits, phone calls) in Excel
- Track KPI metrics and communicate progress utilizing Excel-integrated graphics in PowerPoint
- Develop dashboard slides in PowerPoint that reflect performance both quantitatively and graphically
- Manipulate and compile images to showcase results within specified PowerPoint templates using Photoshop
- Maintain and send Monthly Film Trackers in extensive Excel grid
- Develop ALL reports for account that include:
- Monthly results reports (pull all relevant Film and TV info- product provided, viewership, screen grabs, compile Vimeo links, etc.)
- Quarterly reports (above info, plus competitive results)
- Work with Designer to create high-level infographics summary for inclusion in these reports
- Half Year and Year-End recap reports (all of the above)
- Assist with gathering assets/metrics and work with content team on sizzle reel that accompany these reports.
- Lookbook:
- Gather all product images and copy to support Designer with creation of yearly lookbook catalog
- Status Calls:
- Compile all weekly status updates from team/agency partners to create draft agenda
- Record weekly status call recap notes
- Scanning:
- Scan 2-4 hours of weekly TV programming for placement verification
- Scan 1 film a month for placement verification
