The Marketing Arm is looking for anAccount Coordinator needed to assist Account team with day-to-day project activation.
Responsibilities:
- The primary role of the Account Coordinator is to be the account team’s go to person, assisting across all projects: internal and external.
- Provide day-to-day support for account team
- Assist with research, presentations, timelines, budgets and client needs/requests
- Track job financials including vendor purchase orders and invoices, client billing and general accounting duties
- Oversee all aspects of sweepstakes administration and fulfillment
- Create and monitor project timelines from start to finish
- Communicate and interact effectively with internal and external partners to deliver exceptional work
- Attend internal/external status meetings and provide recaps/status reports
