A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ACCOUNT COORDINATOR
As an Account Coordinator, you play a vital role in the operations of our company. With your excellent customer service and fact-finding skills, you are the liaison between our customers and the rest of the PRO CAL team to create the beautiful graphics to fit our clients' needs. You are gathering basic and detailed information about our customers order for in-sore graphics, fleet signage, and vehicle wraps. Using your organizational skills, you gather the vital information according to our customers specifications and relay it to the rest of the team to make the customers' wishes come to life!
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with productive, prompt, and courteous phone etiquette
- Good internal and external customer service skills related to interaction with customers, potential customers, co-workers, and others.
- Experience with documentation of orders/requests
- Experience with effective communication
- Experience maneuvering through an ERP system
- Experience with billing/invoicing
- Demonstrates attentiveness to detail; basic and analytical
- Exceptional multitasking abilities
- 3+ years of related work experience
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

WORK SCHEDULE
This position is on-site, full-time, and typically works Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
