RESPONSIBILITIES
This job is expected to be performed on-site in the office.

Salary range is $50K to 52K per year.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter and maintain accurate client and policy information in the agency management system while keeping shared data updated.
- Process policy-related tasks such as reviewing policies, handling endorsements, invoicing clients, and following up with carriers on change requests.
- Develop expertise in Medical Malpractice Liability Insurance and ancillary liability lines, and begin managing small business accounts.
- Assist with renewal and new business processes, including preparing necessary documents and proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners, medical professionals, office staff, and personnel across Alera firms.
- Support the account management team by generating certificates of insurance, proposals, and other required documents.
- Utilize tools such as AMS360, Microsoft Office Suite, COI generator, and other Alera HCL platforms for efficient task execution.
- High School diploma or equivalent education.
- Strong organization and written/verbal communication skills.
- Obtain a P&C license within 90 days of hire.
- Strong interpersonal skills, and self-motivated.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in customer service.
- 1+ years of relevant insurance experience.
- Excellent data entry skills combined with strong proficiency in MS Office software and efficient execution of administrative tasks.
- Experience with AMS360 is a plus
