The Role You'll Play to Create Success
We are eager to announce a full-time, onsite, Account Coordinator - Bilingual Recruiter in St. Petersburg, FL filled with many exciting opportunities! This job contributes to the mission of FrankCrum by supporting FrankCrum Staffing's client office sales and operations and supporting and enforcing policies and initiatives. The job works at our client's worksite and is 4am-1pm daily.
- Provides ongoing feedback to support the client’s objectives.
- Communicates operational priorities, supervises, and coaches the FrankCrum Staffing client team.
- Supports and enforces corporate policies and initiatives.
- Interacts daily with client management to ensure open communication and understanding of the client's needs, forecasts, and projections. Provides clients with updates on orders.
- Attends key client meetings and promotes client partnership.
- Addresses and resolves concerns and or complaints in a timely manner.
- Ensures contractual requirements are met.
- Navigates employee relations issues to protect employees, the company, and the client.
- Monitors and leads the recruitment, deployment, onboarding, and off-boarding of field employees.
- Monitors employee performance and attendance and provides feedback to suppliers and craft supervisors as needed.
The Attributes We Seek
Keys to success in this position include exceptional customer service, written, listening and communication skills, and strong attention to details. Knowledge of ATS, Kronos, MS Office applications, and strong data entry. In addition, a bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent experience is required. Two (2) years of staffing industry-recruiting experience and a proven track record of placing candidates is required. Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
