A-Line Staffing is now hiring Account Associates - Medicare Telesales. The Account Associate - Medicare Telesales would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full-time / 40+ hours per week.

• The pay for this position is 20.18 per hour.
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.
• The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

• Assist prospective members via phone, chat, and/or email.
• Help prospects navigate the website and answer questions regarding Medicare eligibility and benefits.
• Guide prospects on self-enrollment and complete enrollments via phone for those unable to enroll online.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience selling Medicare plans in a telesales environment.
• Strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficient with standard Microsoft Office software.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify, research, and resolve complex situations with a take-charge attitude.
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days.
