You'll handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and coordinate daily technician dispatching. - Answering customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Explaining our services and guiding clients through the process.
- Proactively engage with incoming leads and secure bookings.
- Use consultative sales techniques to understand customer concerns, identify leak detection needs, and communicate the value of our solutions.
- Managing the customer experience from initial contact to resolution.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining an organized calendar.
- Dispatching and routing technicians efficiently to meet daily schedules.
- Ensuring excellent communication with both customers and team members.
- Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills.
- Ability to craft persuasive, well-written emails and follow-up communications.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in plumbing, restoration, or construction industries (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with Sales processes and Salesforce (a plus but not required).
