Job Overview

American Leak Detection is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Freehold, NJ. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our residential, commercial, and municipal clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You'll handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and coordinate daily technician dispatching. Key Responsibilities

As a CSR at American Leak Detection, your key duties will include:

Answering customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Explaining our services and guiding clients through the process.
Proactively engage with incoming leads and secure bookings.
Use consultative sales techniques to understand customer concerns, identify leak detection needs, and communicate the value of our solutions.
Managing the customer experience from initial contact to resolution.
Scheduling appointments and maintaining an organized calendar.
Dispatching and routing technicians efficiently to meet daily schedules.
Ensuring excellent communication with both customers and team members.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring:

Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills.
Ability to craft persuasive, well-written emails and follow-up communications.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in plumbing, restoration, or construction industries (preferred but not required).
Familiarity with Sales processes and Salesforce (a plus but not required).

Work Schedule
