This position offers a guaranteed salary of $500 a week, plus a generous commission bonus plan that will help you maximize your earning potential.

Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers, ensuring the "Ultimate Experience" delivery in person and over the phone.
- Craft and deliver compelling accessory sales presentations showcasing our high-quality products.
- Maintain accurate records of all accessory and department sales activities.
- Conduct post-accessory installation inspections, collaborating closely with customers and sales staff.
- Educate sales staff on new products and enhance awareness of existing product lines.
- Actively promote accessory sales in collaboration with dealership sales staff to boost product awareness.
- Coordinate activities with designated accounting personnel to ensure seamless operations.
- Uphold a professional appearance in all interactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience.
- Preferred experience in retail sales.
- Basic computer and social media skills are required.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and employees.
- Strong problem-solving skills, capable of handling various concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License, State Vehicle Inspector Certification, and Manufacturer Training.
- Completion of a background check and drug screening.
