Position Description:Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to phone and email requests for access related assistance and log the request in a Help Desk management system.
- Analyze access requests and assist the team member in determining what training and access is required.
- Grant and remove access as appropriate.
- Ensure SAP roles are created and maintained in such to prevent or decrease SoD conflict risks.
- Gather and document requirements for SAP role creation and changes.
- Deploy all Corporate Application training materials to require team members, as appropriate.
- Approve SoD mitigations within the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to determine and document appropriate mitigating controls and other accesscontrol risks in GRC.
- Analyze and monitor SAP license usage and submit purchase request when required.
- Assist in streamlining and automating the access management process.
- Identify areas of improvement and play a key role in the implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to determine appropriate mitigating controls and other access control risks asidentified.
- Evaluate and trend access-related tickets and identify areas of improvement, taking action as required.
Performance Objectives:
Within your first 30 days:
- Handle and log access-related assistance requests: Successfully analyze requests through our ServiceNow ticket management system.
- Assist team members with training and access needs: Identify and deploy required training.
- Begin collaborating with internal teams: Start working with teams to identify access control risks and mitigating controls.
Within 60 days:
- Manage access deployment: Successfully handle access granting based on training completion.
- Independently address access-related requests: Evaluate and resolve SoD conflicts as necessary.
- Streamline access management processes: Identify and implement process improvements.
- Monitor SAP license usage: Analyze usage and submit purchase requests when required.
Within 90 days to one year:
- Contribute to process improvements: Actively participate in the development and implementation of access management process improvements.
- Manage access removal: Successfully handle access removal based on management responses from the Critical Role Report.
- Establish strong working relationships: Build effective communication and support networks with key representatives from internal departments.
- Gain familiarity with SAP roles and SoD conflicts: Understand the basics of SAP role creation and SoD conflict prevention.
