Role Overview: Real Estate Agent Partner

As a Real Estate Agent Partner, you will utilize PLACE's innovative lead generation systems, offer expert advice to both buyers and sellers, adeptly handle negotiations, conduct open houses, and enhance your workflow using PLACE technology. Your role will also involve participating in weekly team activities, script practice, and coaching sessions to fully realize your potential.

This role is based in Atlanta, GA, and requires a Georgia Real Estate Salesperson License and residency within the Atlanta area. Our team operates remotely, with regular in-person sessions at our Broker's office for collaborative calling sessions.

We are looking for a motivated sales professional who possesses a competitive spirit, superior communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of real estate sales experience, exhibit strong teamwork capabilities, and possess excellent time management and organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The Chatel Group offers an attractive compensation package with potential earnings between $120,000 to $180,000 USD annually. Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with a sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Execute business-building activities a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Qualifications

Georgia Real Estate Salesperson Licensed Professional
