Academic Support - Medical Tutor

Terms of Employment:Contract is offered on a semester-by-semester basis

Hourly Rate:$25.00 per hour

Classification: Non-exempt; Hourly

Responsibilities:

• Tutoring may include a full range of courses within the Health Science programs(Rad Tech, ADN, PN, Res. Therapy, etc.)
• Maintain world-class customer service to students, staff, and faculty
• Available to multitask with a range of subjects dependent upon student needs
• Maintain and submit names for student record-keeping
• Maintain confidentiality
• Provide a professional image of SC4
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Overall “3.0” or higher GPA
• Associate degree in the medical field for which you are applying (Rad Tech, ADN, PN, Res. Therapy, etc.)
• Ability to write legible, speak, and read proficiently
• All academic classes and degrees must be from a regionally accredited college or university
• Ability to maintain good relationships with students, staff, and community members
