WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS

As an AC Facility Maintenance Technician, your day begins with a check-in and scheduling for your various service calls. You'll travel to different commercial locations, troubleshooting, and servicing HVAC systems while also handling general maintenance tasks such as plumbing and electrical repairs. You'll follow job specifications and code requirements while efficiently managing your time and ensuring safety on every job. Throughout the day, you maintain communication with clients and team members, documenting your work in the company software system and uploading before and after photos.

THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED

• 3+ years of industry experience in facility maintenance, particularly in AC/HVAC systems
• Valid driver's license with no major infractions
• Ability to perform physical tasks common to construction
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting and servicing

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time position works Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with potential rotating on-call weekends.
