WHAT YOU’LL DO
As the Clinical Supervisor, you will provide clinical and case management to behavior technicians and clients/families under the supervision of a BCBA . The clinical supervisor provides midlevel supervision over assigned cases. Here is what you can expect.
- Develop goals, programs, materials, and behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Oversee the work of behavior technicians and conducts quarterly competency reviews for direct reports.
- Provide ongoing individual program oversight and attend weekly supervision meetings with the program director.
- Ensure that appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented and that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the continual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individual goals and objectives.

- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and communicate professionally with the consumer, and peers/staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals in and outside of the field. passion for developing and leading others.
- An effective communicator in both verbal and written formats.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Completed Master's Degree (i.e., psychology, child development, Applied Behavior Analysis, etc.).
- The discipline to remain committed to achieving consistency in daily, monthly, and quarterly key performance activities and indicators necessary for success.
- Availability requirements dictate being available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday, depending on the organization's needs. Additionally, some availability on Saturdays may be required.

- Competitive pay: The starting hourly rate for this position is $31 during the initial 90-day probationary period. After successfully completing the probationary period, employees will be eligible for a salary of $66,560 annually. Quarterly performance/semi-annual merit raises backed by data.
