ABA Behavior Therapist - Community Autism Services.

We are seeking a dedicated ABA Behavior Therapist in Sun Valley, CA, offering a competitive salary of $20 - $25 per hour. The ideal candidate will work with children with autism and other developmental disorders, implementing individualized treatment plans to promote skill development and behavioral improvement.Responsibilities:

Implement ABA therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Monitor and document client progress and behavior

Collaborate with families to support treatment goals

Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field preferred

Experience in ABA therapy or working with children with special needs

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work flexible hours
