Gpac has partnered with multiple general contractors looking to add Superintendents to their team.

Superintendent Requirements:

• Previous experience as a construction Superintendent, working on Retail, Restaurant, Big Box, Lowes, Walmart 

• Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers in order to run the site efficiently and effectively

• Enforce Project-Specific Safety Plan and ensure compliance with OSHA safety policies.

• Strong knowledge of scheduling, equipment, manpower, contract admin, etc.
