What You'll Be Doing:

• Keep Accounts Accurate - Review transactions, process credits, and update customer records.
• Manage Invoices - Upload invoices and generate property tax invoices.
• Support Customers - Handle billing inquiries, research discrepancies, and provide top-notch service.
• Process Payments - Deposit checks and ensure payments are recorded correctly.
• Maintain Organization - Print and mail invoices while staying on top of deadlines.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years of accounting or business experience (or equivalent college coursework).
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-Oriented Mindset: Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and ability to multitask.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
• Bonus Points: Prior Accounts Receivable experience and an Associate's degree.
