Adecco is seeking a Collections Specialist to join our team in Batesville, IL. If you're customer service-oriented, possess excellent written communication skills, and have experience in account reconciliation, analysis, and management, we want to hear from you.
Location: Batesville, IL
Pay Rate: $22/hr
Duration: 12+ months assignment, possible extension
Responsibilities:
Pay Details: $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Perform collections activities to recover outstanding debts.
- Work in a call center environment to contact customers regarding overdue payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service while assisting customers with payment arrangements and resolving issues.
- Reconcile accounts and analyze payment history.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 1+ yeaers of collection management experience.
- Experience working in a call center environment.
- Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to reconcile accounts, analyze data, and manage accounts effectively.
