Role Overview:
As a A&P Helicopter Mechanic in Neenah, WI, you'll play a key role in ensuring the airworthiness and reliability of our fleet, ready for critical emergency responses. This position is perfect for mechanics looking to sharpen their skills and make a real impact on patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily maintenance and inspections to ensure aircraft airworthiness.
- Communicate with the Lead Mechanic about any issues requiring schedule or resource adjustments.
- Manage aircraft maintenance at field bases and ensure company asset safety.
- Prepare reports and ensure maintenance meets FAA, manufacturer, and company standards.
- Maintain thorough documentation in RAMCO.
- Collaborate with the team to complete tasks efficiently.
- Oversee parts inventory and maintain special tools with proper calibration.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- High School diploma.
- FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Certified Mechanic.
- Basic communication skills and computer literacy.
- Ability to pass a pre-placement physical exam, including drug screening.
- Sheet metal repair and/or avionics troubleshooting skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel and work night shifts.
