Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage team of purchasing and accounts payable analysts.
- Responsible for purchase order processing, vendor payments, cost tracking and variance analysis
- Perform weekly payment runs
- Help with ERP implementation (NetSuite) *Extract data and analyze in bulk*
- Drive system improvements and automations to streamline reporting on costs committed and incurred.
- Manage the process of invoicing (avg 300 per week)
- Track and report on cost variances, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Provide cash outflow reporting and projections
- Implement system improvements and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in implementing purchasing strategies to optimize cost savings.
- Manage vendor onboarding process, ensuring all necessary data is collected and stored in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Analyze purchasing data and metrics and provide reporting and recommendations to leadership.
- Initiate wires and payments as needed
- Support ad-hoc requests from Accounting or FP&A team and senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting, Accounts Payable and/or procure to pay
- Ability to extract data and analyze ERP information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
