Job Title : Zscaler Implementation Engineer Security & Networking Solutions

Job Type : C2C

Experience : 10-20 years

Location : Charlotte, Maine

Responsibilities :

• 5+ years of experience in networking and security, with at least 3 years working with Zscaler solutions.
• Expertise in configuring and managing ZIA and ZPA.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewall technologies, and web security.
• Familiarity with cloud-based security solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts effectively.
• Certifications like Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional (ZCCP) or Zscaler Certified Cloud Administrator (ZCCA) are highly desirable.
• Experience with other security technologies (e.g., Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Fortinet).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation.
• Understanding of Zero Trust security architecture.
• Design, implement, and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions.
• Assess client IT infrastructure to identify integration opportunities for Zscaler.
• Collaborate with client IT teams to ensure smooth deployment and configuration.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Zscaler solutions for performance and security.
• Provide technical support during and after implementation.
• Document deployment activities, configurations, and processes.
• Stay updated on Zscaler features, updates, and industry best practices.
• Conduct training sessions to help clients maximize Zscaler utilization.
• Work with internal teams to align project goals and objectives.
