Youth Mental Health Coach - Adolescent Wellness Academy

Adolescent Wellness Academy is looking for a youth coordinator to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for students in the mental health field, substitute teachers, or youth counselors who have a passion for working with teenagers. We are a mental health facility that provides treatment for teens 13-17 years old suffering from anxiety, depression, substance use, and other mental health issues. 

In this role, you will be expected to: 

• Onboard teens and their families to the program 
• Monitor clients' behaviors, and provide a safe, supportive environment for the teens 
• Record patients' reports and conduct assessments 
• Assist in daily activities, whether educational, therapeutic or recreational 
• Mediate any inappropriate behavior 
• Maintain the facility clean and organized 

Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience working with youth or as a behavioral health technician. 

Schedule: Part-time 4pm-8pm
