We’re looking for an amazing Yield Management Analyst to join Cunard. Cunard is one of the oldest and most famous ocean liners in the world. This is a hybrid, in-office role. You’ll work in person at our Santa Clarita Office Tuesday to Thursday each week. You’ll be responsible for managing pricing and inventory for a set of product trades for both North America, Asia and South America Markets. This position will work closely with the Manager and Director of Pricing and Demand to develop strategies for North America through analysis of market demand and price performance. In addition, this role will provide reports and analysis of market performance and competitive landscape for the purpose of identifying risks and opportunities for Cunard
Here’s a summary of what Cunard is looking for in its Yield Management Analyst. Is this you?
Responsibilities
- Develop and propose public standard and restricted fares, groups and negotiated fares, net-net, interline, TA, and Friends and Family rates. This includes coordinating and managing fare difference between standard, restricted, net and negotiated fares.
- Develop reports, analysis, price/yield models, and forecasts. Prepare statistical reports; analyse and interpret data; develop ad hoc reports; make recommendations on action to optimize revenues. Conduct daily inventory and booking performance analysis.
- Coordinate with UK office on program launch, fare comparisons, and passenger sourcing. Coordinate the building of promotions and other system requirements for campaigns and/or program launch.
- Participate in weekly REV-MAN call with UK team to align in global strategy for driving demand and optimizing revenue.
- Coordinate with marketing team on promotional plans and review marketing collateral for consumers to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare weekly trading highlights and needs for sales and marketing to action.
- Assist the Senior Analyst with review of concession/exclusive offers requests and provide recommendations.
- Answer inquiries and provide support for Cunard Customer Service, Cunard Groups and Cunard Cruise Vacation Planners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business management or marketing
- Minimum 2 years in revenue optimization, analysis, and financial management.
- Minimum 2 years in project management.
- Some experience with presenting to executive level audience
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Beginner skill in Microsoft Power Point and Adobe Acrobat
- Comfortable with presenting in front of a larger cross functional team.
- Leadership role experience, whether by formal role or perceived as leader in various projects or capacity.
- Consistent and regular collaborative work with cross functional and international teams.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).

- Base Salary Range: $72,200.00 to $97,500.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
