We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Workplace Facilities Coordinator for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows:

 
Job Description:

• The Workplace Services Coordinator will report to the Workplace Services Supervisor and will be responsible for the day to day facilities requests and operations for the building.
• Monitor snack and beverage services across our San Francisco office floors and buildings, and assist with on-site sustainability programs and events.
• Performing floor walks/checks, moving furniture, coordinating event setup requests with onsite moving vendor, helping in mail center, receiving and delivering packages, taking office supply inventories and replenishing as needed.
• Provide coordination and support events, meeting and conference facilities as required.
• Other duties may include reception and guest support, mail and courier services, office supplies and equipment maintenance, landlord relations and management of building access passes, safety and security support.
• Proficient at using the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
