Position Responsibilities

• Supervise laborers and operators by providing clear guidance, setting exemplary standards, monitoring productivity, and delivering necessary training.
• Ensure crew adherence to project rules, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Work with the Project Superintendent to pre-plan schedules and determine manpower, materials, and equipment for productivity.
• Coordinate with other on-site crews and supervisors to ensure compliance with specifications and timelines.
• Maintain project daily reports and timecard records.
• Oversee all work progression from pre-construction through project close.
• Partner with the Project Manager to complete projects on time and on budget.
• Monitor and manage health, safety, and OSHA requirements.
• Oversee all project site labor to ensure quality performance.
• Utilize metrics and reports to measure success, drive accountability, and identify improvements.
• Lead safety, pre-construction, foreman, and team meetings, ensuring action items are completed.
• Provide consistent updates and maintain documentation to keep the Project Manager informed.

Relationship Management

• Identify value-added opportunities to meet or exceed client and stakeholder goals.
• Monitor and ensure client satisfaction.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors.
• Pursue opportunities to solicit referrals from clients and stakeholders.
