Location: Metairie, LA (Hybrid)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Salary Range: $50,000 to $60,000

Position Overview:

The Workers' Compensation Claim Representative I plays a critical role in investigating and adjusting assigned workers' compensation claims. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work from home three days a week and from the Metairie, LA office two days a week, following an initial training period.

• Investigate and adjust workers' compensation claims in alignment with CCMSI's corporate standards.
• Manage a caseload with a focus on delivering high-quality service to clients.
• Utilize Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook for daily tasks.
• Conduct local travel as necessary for claim reviews, conferences, training, or meetings.

• Louisiana Adjuster’s License (or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire).
• 3-5 years' experience adjusting Workers' Compensation claims. 
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage assigned caseloads effectively.
