Full Time- Year round work that averages weekly pay $2,500 to $3,500

Job Title: Window and Door Installer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Window and Door Installer to join our team. As a Window and Door Installer, you will be responsible for installing, replacing, windows and doors in residential settings. Your expertise in working with various types of windows and doors, along with your attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work, will be crucial to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation.

Responsibilities:

• Install, replace windows and doors in accordance with industry standards and company guidelines.
• Must have work truck, trailer, metal brake, insurance and workers comp.
• Measure and prepare openings for window and door installations, ensuring accurate dimensions and proper fit.
• Remove existing windows and doors, including frames, sashes, and hardware, safely and efficiently.
• Install weatherstripping, insulation, and sealing materials to ensure energy efficiency and proper insulation.
• Adjust and align windows and doors to ensure smooth operation, proper fit, and optimal performance.
• Install and adjust hardware components, such as locks, handles, hinges, and latches, with precision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the proper disposal of debris and materials.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate tools and equipment to minimize risks and accidents.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure clear communication and timely completion of projects.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Window and Door Installer or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of window and door installation techniques, materials, and industry standards.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools, measuring instruments, and equipment associated with window and door installations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the project requirements.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or formal training in window and door installation.
• Prior experience working with different window and door materials, such as wood, vinyl, aluminum, or fiberglass.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to window and door installations.
