Adecco has partnered with a client company in the Hanover PA area for a 1st shift Welding role This would a temp-to-hire role
Welder Starting Range: $17+/hr.,
- Thorough knowledge of both Mig and Tig Welding
- Thorough knowledge of reading and understanding blueprints for layouts
- Effective time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- 1 year or more of both Mig and Tig Welding experience
- Ability to utilize measuring and power tools
- Knowledge and proven work experience in Manufacturing environment
- Ability to perform both Mig & Tig Welding applications proficiently
- Ability to stand for more than 4 hours at a time
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to work in hot/cold warehouse environment
Responsibilities
- Specifically, looking for a fabrication welder
- Performing both Mig & Tig Welding applications daily
- Reading and understanding blueprints and welding symbols
- Welding Light Gauge Steel, Aluminum and working with Fixturing
- Ensuring safety and quality guidelines are met
- Notify supervision of faulty equipment and/or defective materials
- Determine and perform routine maintenance on equipment used
- De-bur and grind metal as necessary for proper surface texture
Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
