What You Can Expect:
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday 10 hour shifts that include weekend only premium plus weekend shift differential

Qualifications:
- Education: Masters degree.
- Licenses/Certifications: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Idaho

- Patients receive in-home, acute patient-centered care from a professional, collaborative health care team including RNs, providers, paramedics, Social Workers and speciality technicians
- Hospital at Home support is available 24/7
- Support patients by virtually assessing, monitoring and collaborating on patient care
- Engage in the launch of this new program and be instrumental in its growth and potential
- Hospital at Home has onsight provider available 24/7
