Overview: The Licensed Financial Services Representative (or Financial Services Professional / Wealth Operations Associate) plays a key role in providing exceptional client support and operational expertise within a dynamic wealth management environment. This individual is responsible for assisting clients with financial transactions, managing account maintenance, and supporting financial advisors in delivering holistic wealth strategies. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client service.

Overview: The Licensed Financial Services Representative (or Financial Services Professional / Wealth Operations Associate) plays a key role in providing exceptional client support and operational expertise within a dynamic wealth management environment. This individual is responsible for assisting clients with financial transactions, managing account maintenance, and supporting financial advisors in delivering holistic wealth strategies. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client service.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries regarding account details, transactions, and financial planning processes.
- Facilitate client onboarding and account setup, ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
- Assist in portfolio administration, including account maintenance, trade execution, and monitoring transaction accuracy.
- Prepare financial reports, maintain client records, and support advisors in financial planning, investment analysis, and portfolio reviews.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide knowledgeable service and support.
- Licensing: FINRA Series 7 or SIE required (Series 63 or 65 is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or related field.
- Strong client service orientation with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with experience in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and financial planning software (e.g., EMoney, Wealthscape).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
