In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and our talented team, mentoring the next generation of engineers while steering projects to success.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead the charge on drinking water treatment projects, ensuring top-notch design and permitting.
– Engage with clients and regulatory agencies, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
– Mentor and inspire junior staff, sharing your expertise and fostering their growth.
– Collaborate with in-house experts across disciplines (Civil, Structural, Electrical, and more) to create cohesive, innovative designs.
– Occasionally hit the road for local and regional travel to keep projects on track.

What You Bring:

– 10+ years of experience in project management focused on drinking water facilities, with a proven track record in greenfield projects and upgrades.
– Ability to navigate active construction sites safely and effectively, ensuring smooth operations.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex ideas clearly.
– A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline and a PE License in Georgia (or ability to obtain it quickly).
