Warehouse Associate
Job Summary
This position is responsible for maintaining a warehouse of oil and lubrication products.
Job Functions
- Perform pre-production duties, including ongoing maintenance in the warehouse
- Pull products to fill delivery orders and process related paperwork
- Perform post-production duties
- Participate in shipping and receiving products to include accurate verification of products, container size and counts
- Participate in monthly inventory counts
- Comply with all appropriate safety-related policies and procedures
- Complete daily tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Work cooperatively with co-workers and contribute to a cohesive work environment through a spirit of teamwork
- Perform all reasonable work-related assignments as requested by supervisor
Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read, spell, write, and comprehend English at an intermediate level
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Must have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Must possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Experience with hazardous materials and lubricants is preferred
- Valid driver license is preferred
- Must be certified to operate a forklift
- Experience in a warehouse setting is preferred
- Must have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions and to deal with problems and situations as they arise
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to bend, stoop, climb, stand, and reach above head on a continual basis
- Must be able to push, pull in excess of 2000 pounds with the aid of warehouse handling equipment
- Must be able to lift in excess of 75 pounds
Compensation details: 19-23 Hourly Wage
