Available Shifts:

• First Shift: Mon-Thurs, 6:00am-4:30pm ($14.12/hour plus incentives based on performance)
• Weekend Day: Fri/Sat/Sun, 6:00am-6:30pm ($15.69/hour plus incentives based on performance)
• Night Shift A- Mon/Tues 4:45pm-5:45am Sun 6:45pm- 5:45am ($16.47/hour plus incentives based on performance)
• Night Shift B- Wed/Thurs 4:45pm-5:45am Fri 6:45pm- 5:45am ($16.47/hour plus incentives based on performance)

Pay Rate: $14.12 - $16.47 / hour

Duties:

• Load and unload trucks manually
• Lift product, shrink wrap, and palletize pallets in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, handle, and carry boxes up to 75 pounds
• Ability to carry, stand, walk, lift, stoop, bend, push, and pull
• Stand on your feet for at least 10-12 hours, reach overhead, twist, turn, and squat throughout the shift
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace throughout your shift, effective communication skills, and team work

Position Requirements:

• Ability to lift parts weighing up to 70 lbs. without powered equipment assistance
• Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions
• Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
• Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace
• Ability to utilize personal protective equipment which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes
• Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment 

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 75 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
