WE LOVE OUR WORK.:- Responsible for supervising all Warehouse staff and the overall daily management of a designated shift. Supports, administers, and manages operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives.
- Creates effective and efficient schedules, while maintaining labor costs, meeting staffing objectives, and achieving guest satisfaction.
- Responsible for assisting in the budget process for the department and provides recommendations; ensures compliance to departmental budget initiatives; reports budget concerns to manager.
- Assists in oversight process of transferring and transporting all materials to designated locations between and within all user departments such as office furniture, records, recycling, etc., on designated shift.
- Protects and preserves assets of the company.
- Assists with inspection of incoming materials against order and specification for correctness and defects; arranges for return of defective material.
- Assists in ordering needed supplies and equipment, after gaining approval from manager.
- Ensures designated shift has all necessary tools to complete tasks and that all equipment is in working order.
- Assists in ensuring OSHA standards are followed.
- Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with departmental and company standards and programs. Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise. Responsible for the overall achievement of departmental customer service goals.
- Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance within area of authority and reporting potential issues to management.
- Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
BRING US YOUR BEST.:- Associate degree (A.A.) in related field; or minimum two (2) years of Receiving/Distribution or similar experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in a gaming environment preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience required.
- Prior food and beverage handling experience preferred.
- Ability to operate a forklift, lift truck, pallet jack, dolly, and carts in a safe and efficient manner
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Must be able to physically perform job duties of all Warehouse/Receiving team members, when emergencies arise.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Must have the ability to operate manual and automatic transmission automobiles; must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
- Must possess strong decision-making, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
